The Human Resources department closed 2023 with a bang – organizing an amazing holiday celebration at Shooters by the Water. For 2024, HR will be implementing new software to facilitate the yearly performance review process for our managers. HR commits to continue working hard in 2024 to maintain excellent benefits administration, efficient payroll processing, as well as recruitment of the best available talents to fill open positions. The HR department will also continue to bring in both UTA and Cigna wellness-sponsored events to ensure the staff's morale, well-being, and team building. All this while staying abreast of all employment laws and policies required to keep the company compliant.

Rosemary joined us in November and has hit the ground running. She’s smart, efficient and reliable - in the short time since joining the team, Rosemary has become a true asset to UTA.

Name: Ashley Sandres
Title: Human Resources Assistant

Ashley started her career with UTA as a receptionist back in 2017. With her great work ethic and productivity, she was able to get promoted. Ashley has helped HR with several functions and day-to-day activities throughout the years. We look forward to watching Ashley excel in her new role.
